UDomes™ Pricing
- UDomes™ start at $29,995, plus international shipping, customs clearance and inland transport and storage;
- Average pricing is about $50,000, customized to requirements and taste.
UDomes™ Specifications
- Platform: the recommended size is 24' x 24' per UDome™, wooden deck or concrete slab;
- UDome™ Size: 20 ft. diameter, 12 ft. in height, 2.3 inches wall thickness = R30 rating. Other R-ratings optional;
- Total Floor Area: 323 sq.ft. per unit;
- Standard Configuration: one door, one non-egress window, white in colour;
- Optional Configuration: see lay-out options below; 500 custom colours and even patterns or logos;
- Window options: fixed: panoramic and flush "horizon" - dual pane; egress: sliding & tilting; dual pane;
- Doors options: exterior doors - white or wood grain; patio doors - swinging or sliding; dual pane;
- Material: poly urethane insulation sandwiched between fibreglass panels; wiring tubes installed;
- Water, Disposal, Power & Communication systems via the platform.
Purchasing Options
- Retail, Wholesale and Lease-To-Own (LTO). Typically purchases require 40% down, the balance in 30% and 30% instalments before manufacturing commences and transport to the source port. Also typically, LTO is amortized to suit a payment amount, max. term 60 months.
Assembly
- UDome™ panels and components are easily transported and assembled, even in very remote locations. Typically, three or four friends and family can assemble a UDome™ in six to eight hours, given a pre-existing platform.
